[Paraview] Simple Filter

Hi

I have write an app in c++ using vtk which manipulates 
data using vtkStructuredPoints. Starting from this code I 
want to create a paraview-filter but don't know.
 
I would like the Filter to get vtkStructuredPoints as 
input, do some manipulations and give back a 
vtkStructuredPoints class to Paraview. 

Can somebody give me a starting point?
