[Paraview] Copy object

Hi,

I have been using paraview for about a year and have some feedback 
regarding stream traces:
1. An option on the right-click object menu to replicate the current 
object would really be useful.
2. Confine to plane/surface option for generating streamlines on a surface.
3. Streamline from a single point option.
4. Ability to pick points (for cloud, lines and point line sources) via 
a widget similar to the one that picks the centre of rotation.
