[Paraview] Iso-surface area in batch mode...

After spending some quality time with the Integrate Attributes code, I
don't think there is an easy (meaning without writing C++ code) way of
doing this in batch. The data that is needed is all there but is not
exposed to the batch (Tcl) interface.
