[Paraview] A name="abc" feature *.pvd?

The feature is not currently present and I think it is actually 
non-trivial to add.  With the new VTK pipeline it shouldn't be too hard 
to get the information propagated from the reader to the extract-parts 
filter, but we have higher priorities right now.

It should be safe to add the name="..." attribute to the .pvd file now. 
  It won't be used but it shouldn't hurt.  Then when the feature is 
implemented your old files will work automatically.
