[Paraview] Animation Statistics

Hello

When opening vtk files information like range, size,... is avaliable
on the "information" tab. Is it possible to get such statistics 
(e.g. MAX value, MIN value) for a whole animation (which is 
a set of vtk files in my case) maybe even programmatically
in scripts?
