[Paraview] Paraview 1.8.4 commandline arguments

Jeremy,
Hmmm.... Don't know about 1.8.4 but in the trunk there's now a whole
sequence of new executables. pvclient, pvserver, etc... and also the
'host' flag is now 'client_host'. :)
