[Paraview] Animating All Data Time Steps

I can't remember. I believe there was an email sent out just after the
animation interface was added that may be talked about it.
Also, currently I am working (although not very actively) on an
animation tutorial. It's still incomplete, but here's a link to it.

Let me know anyone thinks any thing about the animation needs more
explaination.
