[Paraview] Building paraview with exodus suport

Hi Blaise,

In order to build ParaView with Exodus support, you will need support
sources from Sandia. The EXODUS_SOURCE_DIR actually refers to the
location of VTK Exodus source directory and not of the actual Exodus
directory.
