Dang, I was hoping Berk would answer that. :-) I pulled my hair on this 
issue and the only solution I could find is to build in 2 independent 
directories, where the 1st CMakeLists.txt uses a VTK installation 
independent of ParaView, and where the 2nd CMakeLists uses the ParaView 
install.

All the pertinent information about wrapping in ParaView were posted on 
this list before.
