[Paraview] documentation and tutirails

Please give more details in your bug reports:
* Which platform are you running on?
* Which release are you using?
* Did you download binary or compile from source?

Also, attach the trace from the session that caused the
crash.
If you do not provide this information, we can not reproduce
the problem.

I ran the tutorial using the Linux and Windows binaries for
1.0.2 and I could not reproduce your problem.

Not at the moment.
