[Paraview] MPI DRIVER

You don't have to worry about MPIDRIVER. I must have left it in by mistake. 
I will remove it.

pvtk is a different version of the vtk executable (tcl interpreter) 
specially designed for running with MPI. If you have VTK_WRAP_TCL and 
VTK_USE_MPI on, there should be a pvtk executable in the bin directory. You 
are getting an error because it is not there. Did you get any errors during 
build ?
