[Paraview] MPI DRIVER

Hello again,

First, thanks Amy for your previous answer!

I installed lam-mpi on Linux Red Hat. I set MPI variable in
CMakeCache.txt, but I cannot any program called mpidriver in my mpi
implementation mpidriver (so I left MPIDRIVER variable to NOTFOUND).
Should I use another mpi implementation? Which one do you recommend?

Probably you can quickly solve my 2nd problem:
When I type gmake install in VTK-build directory, I get the error:

/home/jaume/CMake/Templates/install-sh -c /home/jaume/VTK-build/bin/pvtk
/home/jaume/VTK-build/bin
install:  /home/jaume/VTK-build/bin/pvtk does not exist
gmake[1]: *** [install] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/home/jaume/VTK-build/Parallel'
gmake: *** [install_Parallel] Error 2

What's pvtk? How to fix the gmake install problem?
