[Paraview-developers] ParaView 5.4.0-RC1 tagged

Dear ParaView developers,

ParaView 5.4.0-RC1 has been tagged (tag v5.4.0-RC1). Binaries may tag
a while to build as the buildbot test machines that generate the
binaries are quite backlogged at the moment. It would help speed up
the build process if we could avoid testing other merge requests until
the binaries are built.

Note that v5.4.0-RC1 has not been merged to the master branch just
yet. I will do that after the binaries are built.
