[Paraview-developers] hidden line removal - default

Alan,

A couple of reasons why I feel this should not be the default:

1. it doesn't work when using distributed rendering; in that case, it
reverts back to traditional wireframe mode
2. it's more work i.e. it will incur a performance hit
