[Paraview-developers] hidden line removal - default

Why not default hidden line removal on for wireframe?  I think it adds to our look and polish so much that I can't see anyone using the old wireframe.

At the very least, let's make it a standard property on the Properties tab.  It is currently advanced!  That's not where it belongs.

Thoughts?
