[Paraview-developers] BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF and plugins in 4.2.0 rc1

of course I understand that I cannot dynamically load static plugins. 

I have now switched to using PARAVIEW_EXTERNAL_PLUGIN_DIRS and LoadDistributedPlugin(), and I can confirm that I can use a static build and my private plugins with python (batch-mode) or connecting from a client in interactive mode. My earlier problem was most likely due to a name mismatch.

If it matters, this is on the Cray XC30, and it is the just-released version 4.2
