[Paraview-developers] superbuild

We started on a wiki page on how to do it at:
http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_SuperBuild.  Note that the Nektar plugin
isn't required, just desired for the ANL folks.  The wiki page has lost
some momentum though so if you want help, just let me know.
