[Paraview-developers] superbuild

Not documented, since it is still in flux.

Overall, instead of pointing ccmake or cmake-gui at ParaView, point it
directly at the SuperBuild directory, then proceed as normal. One the
build finishes, cd into ParaView-build/Applications/ParaView and run
cpack there to make the installer package.

For 3.14, with mac and windows we used the super build directory
inside paraview but for linux we used Utkarsh's repository on github
instead.

In the future, we are most likely going to get rid of one in the
ParaView source and use Utkarsh's for all platforms, including big
iron (once we add the cross compilation stage to it).
