[Paraview-developers] NIFTI plugin no longer compiled in binary release?

The plugin was built and distributed with the mac and windows
binaries, but because of a typo in the Superbuild scripts, it didn't
show up by default in the list and you would have to manually find the
plugin library to use it.

I've just put a new Mac paraview 3.14.1 binary on the download site
that fixes the problem. Rob will update the windows binaries in a day
or so too.
