[Paraview-developers] Selections

I'd like to manage a list of selections, and create selections one by one using the python interface.

Does this functionality already exist in pqSelectionManager + python, or should I start digging deeper.
(More specifically, I'd like to create a selection using FRUSTUM type, but specified by x,y,z extents directly, rather than using the mouse - then have a list of these selections I can access by name or Id etc)
