[Paraview-developers] clean windows link error

I recently did a completely clean build of paraview + python from CVS head and on windows I get the following

Error      1              error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: static class vtkPVPythonOptions * __cdecl vtkPVPythonOptions::New(void)" (?New at vtkPVPythonOptions@@SAPAV1 at XZ) referenced in function "protected: virtual class vtkObjectBase * __thiscall vtkPVPythonOptions::NewInstanceInternal(void)const " (?NewInstanceInternal at vtkPVPythonOptions@@MBEPAVvtkObjectBase@@XZ)              vtkPVPythonAdaptorHelper.obj

I'm not sure what to fix, but I'm sure one of you will know.
