[Paraview-developers] Moving to hdf5-1.8.x

That should have been 1.8.5.0 has the cmake stuff and a few tweaks will go into 1.8.5.1

I have created a 'clean branch' which I'll send details of, off list. our git repo has no authentication so I don't want to post urls to the list yet.
