[Opengeoscience-developers] [geoweb] ESGF download broken in master (#136)

Hi Aashish,

It looks like another problem with the ESGF and workflow interaction is
that read.py is nolonger called so your import methods to get the time
information into the db are never called. Many be you can take a look at
that?
