[Opengeoscience-developers] [geoweb] ESGF download broken in master (#136)

Hi Ben,

I have pushed want I have done to try a fix up the ESFG download with
workflows. One of the problems is we don't provide a timestep for ESGF
datasets, we rely on the reader picking the first time step ...
