[Opengeoscience-developers] m14001_cleanup_map

I pushed a commit that adds this file from a previous commit.

I briefly reviewed many of the map api files. Everything looks good and
clean. Was able to compile and run w/o any errors.

I noticed the geoModule.latlng class is defined twice, in latlng.js and
map.js.
