I need someone to approve this branch asap. Here is the summary of changes:

- Consolidated code into two libraries vgl and map
- Added new set of classes: renderWindow, viewer, interactorStyle.... to
make it easy to develop code
- Made the event logic nicer and cleaner
- Using the jsdoc documentation style as much as possible
- Removed unused file.

What I am going to work on next (will add to the mantis)
- Setting up Mongo for the geospatial and climate datasets and frontend for
available datasets in the database
- Continue improving the vgl and map library
