[Midas] DICOM uploader issue

Hi Patrick,
In fact, I tried again.
I'll try to explain as best what happens.
The error I stated only happens when I check "Anonymize files before 
uploading" or when the selected folder does not contain any file (only 
other folders). I'm pretty sure the DCMTK tools are configured properly.
