[Midas] Renaming an item behavior

Hi Gary,
Currently there is no such facility for changing a bitstream name when
changing an item name iff there is only one bitstream.
This could be accomplished by two consecutive calls the API:
midas.item.create to change the item name,
midas.bitstream.edit to change the bitstream name
