[Midas] Bug in Large Data Upload

Hello Midas World,

We seem to have discovered a serious bug in the large file upload Java script. The script does not seem to want to work with a site sitting on https.

For example, uploading to our public data repository with address https://idash-data.ucsd.edu generates an error "Query using 'http://idash-data.ucsd.edu/upload/…'" returns malformed answer" Note the explicit use of http instead of https. We've confirmed this with several users and several repositories.
