[Kiwiviewer] Loading STL File

Hi Puneet,

Which program are you using on the PC to visualize the STL file?
KiwiViewer uses an STL reader provided by the VTK library, the
vtkSTLReader, and I don't think this reader returns the color information
that is stored in the STL file.
