itkBSplineSyNImageRegistrationMethod

Hi all,

I have been using multi resolution (Bspline grid) registrations in ITK v3.
 I need to upgrade to ITKv4 to use the diffeomorphic Bspline registration.
 Has anyone got a simple example to share.

I also note that ITK version 4 registration uses shrink factors commonly,
is this equivalent to a multi resolution framework in ITK v3.
