[Insight-users] image does not display with itk+vtk

I followed the example for combining ITK and VTK in the GettingStarted-II
documentation.

But when I built the file successfully and tried to run myProject.exe, no
image displayed but a black screen as follow.

Anybody knows how to fix this problem?
