[Insight-users] How to build a quadratic transform for image registration

Dear all:
Could anyone give some suggestions on how to program a quadratic transform, which can be used in an image registration framework?
There are lot of registration examples in ITK, but cannot find one for quadratic registration. Also searched itk-users, but didn't get any information.
Could anyone suggest which base class is needed to use, key functions should be implemented in the quadratic transform and others?
Read through the source code of itk affinetransform, but still not sure how to program a quadratic transform.
