hello all

I am a newbie in ITK. I want to do multimodal Rigid 3D Registration using
itk. but i have face some problems. First one is that I cannt clearly
understand that actually 3D rigid transformation happens at itk or not.
because i have seen some 3D transformation like affine, versor rigid 3D
etc. so i am confusing about it.

would you like to tell me clearly about that.


next that I want to set the initial transform parameters but where and how
i have to st this.


thirdly, if I want to make this then have i written any new project or
using itk header file or by using any example i will complete my desired
work.
