[Insight-users] build problem with QuickViewer and ItkVtkGlue

Bill,
Thank you very much for your help.

I tried rebuilding ITK with Module_ITKVtkGlue set, and that worked
fine.  My app now finds "QuickView.h" in ITK.

However, the same error is occurs when I try to build... "unresolved
external symbol" (see below)
