[Insight-users] DICOM series registration

Hello,
I did a volume creation from 2D images but are not DICOM,
and I used the two following links:

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/IO/VolumeFromSlices

It is done with VTK and not ITK.
By against me now I need to make a simple registration between two images
but I can not seem to do so.
I tested ImageRegistration1 but I still find problems I do not know why.
I do not know is that you can help me?!
