[Insight-users] ITK build error with Mingw64

hi gib,
I think there is less people building with mingw64 than msvc 64 in the
mailing list.
Bill not doing it reduced my hope to almost nothing.
again, for msvc, use the latest cmake (2.8.5) or you will have
problem. I also strongly suggest ITK v4.
