[Insight-users] 3d image registration dataset

First make sure all the settings in "liImageRegistrationConsoleBase.h"

match your image, then double check your registered images using

an image viewer (e.g. ImageJ   http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/) to see if the

registration was successful.
