[Insight-users] 3d image registration dataset

Hi Dawood,
  Thank you for your response. I have used the ImageRegistration inside InsightsApplications. The data I used is two mhd images with the size 1024x1024x40. The images are correctly loaded. But when the registration is done, nothing shows in the registered image. Is this related to the paramters initialization? Thanks.

Could you give us more information about the data you're using


in your application?


Also it would be helpful if you would tell us what kind of errors

  I want to use the "ImageRegistration" application of the InsightApplication. But my data is not working with the application. Has anyone used this application before? Where can I download some datasets? Thank you.
