[Insight-users] problem of DeformableModelSimplexMesh

Hi,

I am trying to segment liver from 3-D CT volumes using
DeformableModelSimplexMesh which is in Insight Application.

The problem I met is that after I loaded mesh and did preprocessing, the
program output error message:
"...\itk-3.20.0\code\common\itkImportImageContainer.txx:188: Failed to
allocate memory for image."

How can I fix it?

BTW, is there any document of this program that I can refer to? I am a
beginner of ITK and not clear with the
parameters such as alpha, beta, gamma, range and rigidity in this Deformable
Model program. Can any one help me? Thanks a lot.

I use win7 32bit and built ITK-3.20.0, VTK-5.6.0 and FLTK-1.1.7 in VS2008. I
tried it on winXP and the problem still exits.
