[Insight-users] Converting WatershedSegmentation1.cxx to c# and 3d

Hi,

I'm also at a loss as how to implement
  typedef itk::Functor::ScalarToRGBPixelFunctor<unsigned long> ColorMapFunctorType;
  typedef itk::UnaryFunctorImageFilter<LabeledImageType, RGBImageType, ColorMapFunctorType> ColorMapFilterType;
  ColorMapFilterType::Pointer colormapper = ColorMapFilterType::New();

I tried
  itk.itkComposeRGBImageFilter_IUC3IRGBUC3 colormapper = itk.itkComposeRGBImageFilter_IUC3IRGBUC3.New();

but that didn't work.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Carl

Hi Carl,

That what the paper on ManagedITK will describe for you.

Have you read the paper ?

     Regards,

             Luis
