Hi,

I can't work out how to implement
  itk::VectorGradientMagnitudeImageFilter<VectorImageType>

I've tried using
  itk.itkGradientMagnitudeImageFilter_IF3IF3

but it doesn't seem to have an equivalent to
  SetUsePrincipleComponents()

Any suggestions?

TIA

Carl

That what the paper on ManagedITK will describe for you.

Have you read the paper ?

     Regards,

             Luis
