Hi,
Now I got a strange results from FA (eq.27),  MD, linear(eq.37), planar(eq.38), spherial(eq.39) images.
For FA image, the intensity range is greater than [0,1], in fact [0, 1.227];
For MD image, I got some pixels in negative intensity, [-0.00069, 0.0047];
As for linear(eq.37), planar(eq.38), spherial(eq.39) images, none of their intensities were fully sat in the range of [0,1];
so am I missing some normalization before those measurement were calculated?

Eqs are as appearred in splweb.bwh.harvard.edu:8000/pages/papers/westin/ISMRM2002.pdf

Thanks.
