[Insight-users] fem registration

Hello,
I  register 2 scans (64*64*75) with the exemple :
deformableregistration1.cxx. I tried a lot of different young modulus and
maximum iteration values but the warped image doesn't match  the fixed one
so far. I put all the data (reference file, target file, param.txt,
deformable_fem.cxx, warped image, fixe image) here :
