[Insight-users] How to clip 3d image data

Hi everyone:
       I am a newbie here. Now I can use vtk to render a series of ct images into
3d
    image. Because some of image data are useless, so I want to delete them. I
know
    there are a lot of methods which can be used to segmentate 2d image data. I
want
    to know: is there any filter which can be used to segmentate 3d image directly
in
    itk?
