[Insight-users] Setting pixel values in Neighborhood connected threshold filter

Hi,
   
  I am using neighborhood connected threshold filter, in which the filter fills the region specified by the two threshold with the replace value specified by the user and fills all other pixels (outer region) with zero value.
   
  Is there a way to fill the region outside the threshold (ie outer region) with user defined value instead of zero value which it does by default.
   
  any suggestions???
