[Insight-users] Does ITK provide functions to implement the bubble based Level Set Segmentation?

Hello all:

I would like to know whether or not the current ITK provides functions
to implement
bubble based level set image segmentation techinques.

These bubbles are a set of seeds that grow, shrink under the influence
of image information such as edge and gradient.
