[Insight-users] Dicom serie ?

Dear all,

 

I have found the solution to this. I am using the erase function. This
way I can specify which dicom files to remove from the dicom file name
container.

 

But I have another problem. 

I just have notice that the dicom series is not loaded correctly (when I
load the whole dicom serie). 

I have a size of the resulting volume has only 818 slices, while the
dicom series containes of e.g. 824 files.

 

Does anybody has an idea what could be the problem?

I am using itk 2.4.0. and VS 2003.

I would like to save as a volume only part of a dicom series. 

Could you please give me a hint how I can resize the dicom serie or how
to set a new file name container.
