[Insight-users] dicom reading

i just read the dicom series and saved it in an analyze format . but if i
just want to do some segmentation to a specific slice lets say image14 (
from the 30 slices) can i do this on analyze format?
i saved them in an png format and got 30 images of every slice. i did it
there but i am just wondering if can do it in analyze format or not? or in
dicom format as well?
