Dear All,

There seems to be a bug in the itkTriangleMeshToSimplexMeshFilter. An 
intact triangular mesh is converted in a way, that the last row of 
points in the resulting simplex mesh have z-coordinates somewhere in 
infinity, so that the last row of cells are infinitely stretched. Has 
someone run into that problem as well, or ,hopefully, knows its solution?
